    We are always seated quickly. Great margaritas and white cheese dip. Chicken fajitas were delicious. The service is always wonderful and fast. They make sure we never run out of chips and salsa. Mi Mexico is definitely a family favorite!

    Perhaps the best taco salad of my life!
    I ordered the 'chicken fajita' taco salad.  The chicken, peppers and onions were all hot and so delicious, topped with a mountain of fresh lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.  Add a big crispy shell and that's pretty much perfection on a plate.  Oh, of course with a huge margarita!  

    Husband ordered the verde t-bone steak and when it wasn't cooked the way he wanted the management bent over backwards to make sure he got something just as excellent as I did.  

    The complementary chips are the very thin kind served hot.  The salsa struck the perfect note of cilantro and jalepeno to be tasty but not too hot for those who are sensitive. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend giving this gem a try!

    Hubby & I had Legal Business in Missouri today and had to go to Gallatin, MO -- so Hubby researched it and said that Gallatin has a NEW Mexican Restaurant. We concluded our Legal stuff pretty early and waited outside of this Restaurant for @ 20 minutes.

    We actually went inside their Restaurant about 10 minutes early. We were greeted with Happy & Smiling Faces!! We were seated, given Menus and offered water. Chips & Dips soon arrived. The Menu was pretty Extensive -- so it took a few minutes to Process!

    Hubby picked their Steak Fajitas with Flour Tortillas. I asked the young Server what they have in PORK and she directed me to the 'Carnitas'!! Only available on their Dinner Menu. It came with Flour Tortillas. MINE was SO Delicious that Hubby was eating off of my plate!!

    We ordered a Margarita on the Rocks each -- and you could ACTUALLY taste Tequila!! offered in various Sizes, that was nice!!

    M Husband hadn't made it clear that He wanted the 'Dinner' sized Fajitas '' but ended up with the 'Lunch Sized Portion' -- so it was smaller than his usual portion. But my Carnitas was only offered as a Dinner sized portion and OMG, OMG   -- it was a Perfectly Seasoned piece of Heaven :) We shared my 'Dinner' and it was FANTASTIC!!

    I came here with my parents and we waited a good ten minutes before being seated, we were the only people there. My fork was dirty. When we got our food it was VERY salty, each bite got saltier and saltier the more we ate. After a few bites, I almost threw up. The salsa that came with the chips was also very salty. The best part of this whole experience was the water. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean. I do not recommend.

    The menu is extensive. Margaritas are good. This small town is fortunate to have such a nice offering of the Mexican culinary experience.
